Welcome to Monarch Recovery Services

We are the Northern hub for comprehensive Substance Use Health Services in Ontario.

Born from the integration of Rockhaven Recovery Home for Men and Iris Addiction Recovery for Women, Monarch has been a beacon of hope since 1968 and 1976, respectively. Over the years, we've evolved into a robust agency offering a full continuum of care for individuals seeking recovery.
Our diverse programs cater to various needs, from Community Detox for stabilization to Abstinent Bed-based Supportive Treatment, Recovery Treatment, and Aftercare. We also offer a Rent Supplement Program with case management, and specialized support for pregnant women and parents of children under six. Our Connections Program offers Navigators who provide guidance before and after individuals attend any of our programs.
At Monarch, we meet you where you are in your journey, offering support with dignity and respect.
